0813. Prepayment Charge - IPP Note:
To include charges assessed for unrecorded administrative
costs when Installment Purchase Note is paid prior to
maturity.

Use this code to pay principal on notes between State
agencies that are not IPP notes. Also use this code to pay
non-State parties for principal on long-term debt that is not
one of the following types of debt: obligations under Treasurer's Office Master Lease Program, a capital lease, or bonded debt.
