SUMMARY SCOPE NOTE: When a complaint or request for the services of a constabulary officer was received in the governor's office, a complaint form was filed out. This series consists of copies of the request form returned to the office upon the completion of investigations. Information includes the name of the complainant, the nature of the complaint, the date of the request, the location of the activity to be investigated, and the name of the constable assigned to the case. Another copy of the request form was filed in the Constables' Report series.
