Records Management
Training
We work with state agencies and local governments to ensure the
proper management of South Carolina's public records, and to
identify and protect those of historical
value. We provide training and advisory services to state and local government
offices and conduct training classes. Classes are held at the SC Archives
and History Center or upon request on-site at state agencies and local governments. Our
staff can make presentations at seminars and conferences during the year. Contact Records
Services staff to schedule your training.
The Records Services staff has developed an on-line Introductory Quiz to Records Management - test your knowledge today!
Electronic
Records Training

Electronic Records. Six workshops and
three conference presentations were made to a wide audience. The
SC Archives has developed three audio narrated
PowerPoint presentations based upon the six workshops. They

We have also developed an audio-narrated presentation on electronic records filing and disposition. Check it out!
