"The
WWW Team"![]() |
| The World Wide Web Development Team was established in the
Planning Section of the Office of Information Resources to explore the use of emerging
Internet technologies to improve citizen's access to government information and services.
The State's World Wide Web Home Pages are housed on a server managed and operated by the development team. Most state agencies that have a presence on the World Wide Web use that server. There are a significant number of agencies that have initiated their own servers in order to closely link their information and the Internet. |
The WWW Development team coordinates efforts
between agencies, assists them in the development of pages and servers and provides a
forum for the discussion of WWW development issues inside of South Carolina State
Government. To that end, the team hosts a quarterly Webmasters meeting, manages a webmaster's listserv and an intranet page for the use of webmasters. For information about the listserv or the quarterly meetings, contact: Rick Wrigley (803) 737-9645 |
