Sealed lump sum bids will be accepted until11:00 AM, September 21, 2015, by Manchester State Forest, 6740 Headquarters Road, Wedgefield, SC, for the sale of approximately 4,226.3 tons of pine pulpwood, 3,727.9 tons of pine chip-n-saw, and 1,154.2 tons of pine sawtimber on approximately 257.3 acres.

The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) will accept sealed, per ton bids until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at the Webb Wildlife Center office, located approximately three miles west of Garnett, SC on secondary road 20 (Augusta Stagecoach Rd) in Hampton County.
This sale is comprised of multiple harvesting regimes over 966 total acres, including: 185 acres of clearcut, 392 acres of operator-select 3rd-row thinning to a residual basal area of 60 sq. ft., and 389 acres of operator-select 4th-row thinning to a residual basal area of 70 sq. ft.
Tom Yawkey Wildlife Center:
The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) will accept sealed, per ton bids for the sale of approximately 202 tons of pine pulpwood and 1,513 tons of blended pine sawtimber to be selectively thinned from approximately 59 acres of natural longleaf pine on The Tom Yawkey Wildlife Center located in Georgetown County, South Carolina. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on September 16, 2015.
The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) will accept sealed, per ton bids for the sale of approximately 7,720 tons of pine pulpwood to be selectively thinned from approximately 193 acres of planted loblolly pine located on the McBee Wildlife Management Area Chesterfield County, South Carolina. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on September 16, 2015.

SC Parks, Recreation, and Tourism
The South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism is taking bids for a sale of timber at Hampton Plantation State Historic Site in Charleston Co. This is an operator selection thinning of the stand to a basal area of 70 square feet per acre. Timber removals estimated within this 76 acre tract include approximately: 3496 total ton; 760 tons of pine pulp, 1064 tons of pine chip-n-saw, and 1672 tons of pine saw timber. Additionally all logging slash and debris, including tree-tops, limbs, butt-cuts, and other debris and by-products must be ground/dirty-chipped/fuel-chipped and removed from the property as part of this blended sale.
