Liberty Hill Wildlife Management Area – McDowell Tract Lancaster County, South Carolina: 
The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) will accept sealed, per ton bids for the sale of approximately 9,060 tons of pine pulpwood to be selectively thinned from approximately 226 acres of planted loblolly pine. Liberty Hill Wildlife Management Area – McDowell Tract Lancaster County, South Carolina. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at SCDNR Headquarters, 1000 Assembly Street, Columbia, SC – Room 202.

 

Lewis Ocean Bay Heritage Preserve - Horry County, South Carolina
The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) will accept sealed, per ton bids for the sale of approximately 7,375 tons of pine pulpwood and 2,940 tons of fuel chips to be fourth-row thinned from approximately 294 acres of planted and natural loblolly, slash, and pond pine. Removals from pine thinning areas will include all trees from every fourth row, operator-selected smaller and poorly formed trees from side rows, and all hardwood underbrush and associated logging debris (fuel chips). . Per ton bids for pine pulpwood and fuel chips will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at SCDNR Headquarters, 1000 Assembly Street, Columbia, SC – Room 202.
