(Columbia,SC)–Law enforcement agents with the Forestry Commission have arrested a Pamplico man for setting woods fires deliberately.
Thomas Christopher Ackerman, 21, admitted to having ignited brush on another person’s property. This act of arson happened on Keefe Road in Pamplico, SC on or about March 25. Woods arson cases will be aggressively investigated and prosecuted by this agency, regardless of a suspect’s background.
