Welcome to the "Linking Children With Families" photo album. This album is a cooperative effort between the South Carolina Department of Social Services and the Council on Adoptable Children. It's purpose is to encourage adoption, especially the adoption of children with special needs. Sections are tabbed by topic for your convenience. Before you open the album, however, we ask that you read this brief but important message.

Please honor the privacy needs of the children on these pages. If you see a child whom you know, don't approach the child with questions regarding adoption or other status with DSS. Instead, call us at 1-888-CARE-4-US or return the interest form contained in the album.
