St. Joseph's Catholic Church Children's Choirs

The Children's Choirs from St. Joseph's Catholic Church have sung for Tucker Cener residents every spring for the past 28 years in our annual Spring Fling Show. Teresa Riley, Choir Director, has been in charge and faithfully plans a trip to Tucker Center every year before school closes for the summer. They sing lively show tunes, many of which are familiar to our residents.
We have watched these talented youth grow and become more confident with each performance. The choirs are made up of children from two choirs, the Bel Canto Choir and Youth Choir. During the show, some of the students sing solos or duets. Several of their parents come as chauffeurs and provide support as part of the audience.
Teresa Riley is a warm, compassionate person and reminds her students, before every show, to smile and be uplifting for our residents. After the program, she encourages them to walk among the crowd and greet the residents individually. 
We look forward to our annual Spring Fling Show. Spring would just not be the same without this special group of volunteers!
