The  PCMHS Web site is a complimentary information service provided by  PCMHS  and the South Carolina Department of Mental Health as a convenience to users, with the express condition that users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.   PCMHS reserves the right to change the User Agreement terms and conditions at any time, and you must consult the most recent version of  this User Agreement each time that you visit our Web site. Use of the  PCMHS  Web site constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions included below.

This Web site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by  PCMHS, which is headquartered in the state of South Carolina, in the United States of America.  It can be accessed from all 50 states, as well as from other locations around the world.  Each of these locations have laws that may differ from those of South Carolina. Therefore, by accessing this Web site both you and  PCMHS agree that the statutes and laws of South Carolina, without regard to principles of conflicts of law in South Carolina or elsewhere, shall apply to all matters arising from or relating to use of this Web site.
