SCDMH Palmetto Media Watch

This program is designed to make the media our allies in the fight against stigma. Media Watchers give feedback on the coverage of mental health issues and the portrayal of people with mental illnesses.

We are looking for all interested citizens statewide who will serve as official Palmetto Media Watchers, writing letters and sending e-mails to encourage or correct media sources in regard to the portrayal of mental health issues.

Any of us can do this job.
