About Lexington County Community Mental Health Center
Lexington County Community Mental Health Center (LCCMHC) provides out patient mental health services to the residents of Lexington County.
The Center seeks to enrich and improve the everyday lives of its clientele and to help each individual attain his/her own recovery. To achieve this goal, services are tailored for each client and staff work closely with other community agencies to ensure that the most current and best treatment is available.
The staff at LCCMHC consists of a comprehensive team of mental health professionals including:
- Clinical Social Workers
- Clinical Counselors
- Rehabilitation Specialists
- Therapeutic Assistants
To make services available and accessible to all county residents, LCCMHC operates from a centralized campus location in Lexington. The Center also maintains satellite offices in Batesburg and Gaston. The following programs are available throughout the county:
Child, Adolescent & Family Services
Individual, group & family therapy, emergency services and psychiatric medical care for children and youths to 18 years of age.
Case management, individual and group therapy, and psychiatric medical care for those age 18 years of age and older.
Brook Pine CRCF
A community residential care facility providing life skills development, & medication management assistance.
Triage, assessment, and referral services, and short term crisis stabilization for adults. After hours emergency services for children, adolescents and adults.
