Directions for Spartanburg AreaMental Health Center SPARTANBURG AREA MHC From Columbia to Spartanburg Take I-26 west towards Spartanburg. Take exit 19B/Business 85 toward Charlotte. Go approximately 1 ½ miles. Take exit 5-A, (I585/Pine Street) toward Spartanburg. Go approximately 2 miles to first red light. At first light, turn right onto McCravy Drive. At the second stop light, go straight onto East Pearl Street. Go a ½ mile or less, turn right at the SRMC Emergency Room sign, at the intersecion turn left. SAMHC is on the right.
