            (2017, 1 min 45 sec)

Team sports highlight an important role in the rehabilitation of youth at DJJ. Juveniles are taught teamwork, responsibility and discipline. Both DJJ's basketball coach (Raymond Harrison) and Physical Education coach (Robert Council) are former standout college athletes who know first-hand how sports can mold a young person. Many of DJJ's youth have immense athletic talent and dream of playing college, and even pro, sports. Dreams of taking the court or field under bright lights, surrounded by the roaring crowd, motivate many juveniles to change their lives. This "Sizzle Reel" offers a glimpse of some talented, disciplined athletes as they go through their rehabilitation at DJJ.
