          • South Carolina Victim Assistance Network (SCVAN) For over twenty years, the South Carolina Victim Assistance Network’s mission has been: to insure crime victims receive access to, and assistance from, the criminal and juvenile justice system, and related social service providers, to improve the quality of services provided to all crime victims, to insure the criminal justice system adequately serves crime victims. 
             
          • South Carolina Crime Victim's Ombudsman The mission of the Crime Victims' Ombudsman is to attempt to ensure that all crime victims are served justly, equitably, and fairly by South Carolina's criminal justice organizations.
