General Requirements
In compliance with Joint Resolution H.3352, the SCDJJ School District and all South Carolina School Districts are required for the 2009-2010 fiscal year to post the following information on their respective websites:
1. Certification signed by the Superintendent and the Chairman of the Board that the School District has utilized at least sixty-five percent of their pupil expenditures within provided categories of instruction.
2. Transaction register that includes a complete record of all funds expended over one hundred dollars, from whatever source for whatever purpose (excluding salaries of school personnel).
3. A copy of each monthly statement for all of the credit cards maintained by the entity, including credit cards issued to its officers or employees for official use.
