AUDIT
An independent audit of the general purpose financial statements was
performed jointly by the State Auditor and the independent certified public
accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Again this year, this report includes an
unqualified opinion from the independent certified public accountants, the best
possible result of the audit process.
The audit described above is not intended to meet the requirements of the
Federal Single Audit Act of 1984 as amended in 1996. The Single Audit reports for
the State are issued separately.
